Positive Choices are peer-led and facilitated groups that offer support and education to people living with HIV or those affected by it. Positive Choices provides a confidential and safe space for people to grow and heal together in a supportive environment.

Calling xylazine “naloxone resistant” is a bit silly, considering that it’s not an opioid and therefore not meant for it. Xylazine is almost exclusively found WITH opioids, and so if someone isn’t adequately breathing, should still be given naloxone along w other supportive care
